Three conversations per to-do
Every to-do carries a comment thread for everyone on the project, internal notes for your own team, and private comments between the companies doing the work.
Reply by email
Pick who gets notified on each comment. Replying to the email posts the reply, attachments included, back onto the to-do.
Files and resources
A shared library per project for files and links, sorted into categories. Drag in whole folders, preview uploads, and download everything as one zip.
Time tracking and reports
Log time against comments as the work happens. Timesheets filter by project, person and date, and reports export to Excel for billing.
Search that goes deep
Full-text search across every comment in a project, so a decision made months ago is one query away.
AWMazin' summaries
A long thread gets an AI-written summary that covers only the comments you're allowed to see, and refreshes as the discussion moves on.
Forms and an API
Create to-dos from a form embedded on your website, or from any system that can make an HTTP request, using an API key per company.
Your own brand and domain
Run it on your own domain with your logo, your name in the emails and your own word for "to-do". Clients never see our name unless you want them to.
